Violeta is a nurse and is five months pregnant when she tries on Antipress maternity briefs. We asked her about her pregnancy and the sensations of wearing the briefs.

How was your first trimester?

The first trimester is mostly about focusing on yourself. The food, the comfortable clothes. You have to be comfortable in your day-to-day because you have to be calm. But at first, it's complicated because you have to hide it from people. It is a time when there is a great bond with your couple because you do not know what is happening to you and you need support.

And what about the second trimester?

It's from the fourth month onwards that I've started reading about baby care. I have started to introduce the baby because it is already starting to become more real when I saw his face. In the second trimester, you feel better, more comfortable with your body and your belly is already bigger and more constant. In the first trimester, you do not notice the same in the mornings as in the evenings.

Did you find it difficult to buy comfortable clothes?

Finding underwear, outdoor clothes or sportswear is difficult. There are many pregnancy garments that only have one size so they don't tighten too much. But the fabric falls off, in my case. With bras, it is also difficult because in the first trimester your breasts grow quite a bit and you don't know what size to wear. In the end, I was more comfortable with the sports bra at first.

Between a low panty and another that covers your whole belly, which one do you stick with?

Depends. If it fits well on the belly it's great to cover it. It's super comfortable. When I put on my work uniform I try to wear panties that cover the belly completely or that are very low. But I prevent the rubber from pressing on the middle of my belly. Because this is the most annoying thing. During the first trimester, I didn't know what to wear but now it's much easier

How did you feel about the Antipress brief?

It is super comfortable because it catches your whole belly but the feeling is that it leaves it free. I haven't felt compressed at any time. It presses but does not squeezes. The touch is very nice. I also noticed the lumbar reinforcement very well. It relaxes your back muscles.

How do you sleep?

The truth is, I can't find sleeping pants. Right now I'm sleeping in my partner's loose underpants. They are made of comfortable fabric and the rubber does not tighten either. At night I prefer not to wear panties that can compress. On top, I also wear a wide t-shirt.

How do you take care of your skin?

I hydrate a lot all the time. I had an allergy to a cream. I put it on to avoid stretch marks during pregnancy but until a co-worker told me it could be the cream I didn't find out. The best thing for the skin is to be in contact with natural fabrics and creams.

How about your meals?

Now I try to eat small amounts but more often because I quickly feel full. Sometimes when I work in the afternoon, I have a snack twice. It depends on the day. At first, I just wanted pasta, bread and sandwiches. And I would have eaten all day. But when I got to the twelfth week I was back to normality and ate like before.
