Exchanges and refunds

How to do it?

We want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience with ANTIPRESS, so if you have any questions don't hesitate to contact us. For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns or exchanges of products that are not panties. We will only accept returns or exchanges of panties if the package has not been opened. Remember that you have 15 days from the moment you received your order.

The changes will be in size and/or color of the same item. If what you want is an item change you will have to make a return and a new order. In the returns we will pay you the corresponding amount.

For any change or return you can follow the steps that we indicate below:

Step 1

Send an email through our Contact Form explaining what you want to change or return. Remember to indicate your order number or under what name you have placed the order.

Step 2

Wait for our response to register the change or return. You will have the answer in a maximum of 24 hours on working days.

Step 3

Prepare a package with the products and put inside a copy of the invoice you received with the order (or clearly indicate the name of the person who made the order as the sender). You must address the package to the following address:

Step 4

Send the package by Post (you can make an ordinary shipment) or by the courier company of your choice. The cost of this shipment will be at your expense. Postage due or cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.

Step 5

If it is an exchange, we will send you the new garment in the size and color you prefer. The cost of this shipment will be at our expense.

If it is a return, when we receive your package we will pay you the amount. It will always be reimbursed with the same procedure (card or PayPal) that has been used to make the payment of the order.

ANTIPRESS will bear the return costs only when the reason for the refund is attributable (defective part or error in the reference sent).

Conditions

• Deadline of 15 days from receipt of the order.
• The product must be in good condition, not worn or washed.
• You must bring the original packaging.
• We have a strict return policy: for hygiene reasons, panties, boxers and briefs cannot be returned.

Cancellation of Orders

Your order begins processing immediately after you click Buy on the “Checkout” page.

To cancel your order, call 937 905 902 or send an email to: info@antipresscare.com and request a return, you must have your order number at hand and in case of a partial cancellation, the detail of the items to cancel.

The refund will be made with the same payment method as your order and will take place 3 to 4 business days once the acceptance of the cancellation is confirmed.
